Sleeping Bags – Bestway Mummy Sleeping Bag

Camp Mat – Tesco Foam Mat

Compact Blanket – Wilko Navy Ultra soft Throw ( you can get thermal blankets from Mountain Wearhouse and Go Outdoors)

Cookware – Portable Camping Pans and Pots Aluminum Nonstick & Lightweight Campfire Cooking Set

Camp Stove – Campingaz Camp Bistro 2 Stove

Gas – Campingaz CP250 (A4) Gas cartridge

Mug – Compass II Printed Karabiner Mug – 280ml

Lighter – A wind proof lighter

Knife – Sharp Knife (LEGAL)

Food

Water – 1 litre bottle water for cooking and drinking

Packet Food – Rice, Pasta and Noddle’s

Meat – Steak (season and freeze the night before, for use on the day)

Eggs (bubble wrap and place into something hard to avoid it cracking)

Beans – Packet or Small Tin

Beverages – Tea, Coffee, Milk sachets (Coke and Beer are luxuries)

Snacks – Chocolate, crisps, protein bars

Non Essential Items

Hot water bottle

Fire lighter (this was not needed as we has a stove but we did start a fire to keep warm)

Plates (you can eat from your pans)
